GPSTR Counceling Date
The school education department has published the final selection list for 13,000 school teacher posts (Karnataka Teacher Recruitment). After this, in some districts, the location selection process was conducted through counseling and the vacancies were assigned.
Now the date has been fixed for the counseling process of Kalyan Karnataka Districts and Bangalore North and South Districts.
In this regard, the school education department has given information in a press release, "Regarding the recruitment of Primary School Teacher (Class 6 to 8)- 2022, the counseling process was held up due to the cases in valid courts regarding the 371J posts of Kalyan Karnataka Districts and Bangalore North and South Districts. 23162/2023, 23450/2023 dated: 30/10/2023 of the Hon'ble High Court and the posts which may be affected by the order of the Courts in view of the decision of the Writ Appeal No.: 305/2023 dated: 12/10/2023 in relation to the entire proceedings. It said that counseling has been continued for the reserved candidates.
ANDO regarding 09 districts Bidar, Kalaburgi, Raichur, Koppala, Yadagiri, Bellary, Vijayanagara, Bangalore North and South Districts with 371 J posts (80% Local Band, 20% Surplus Band and 8% State Level Local Band posts): The details of the eligible candidates for counseling in the 1:1 main selection list published on 08/03/2023 will be published on the website of School Education Department https://schooleducation.karnataka.gov.in on Date: 02/11/2023.
Placement Counseling for the candidates in the said list for the posts of Mathematics and Science, Social Science, Life Science and English respectively will be conducted from Date: 04/11/2023 from 10.30 am in the office of the respective District Recruiting Officer, District Deputy Director (Administration). Therefore, candidates must obtain all the necessary details as per the departmental website and attend the counseling venue on time with photo ID card and necessary documents related to the appointment.
